Can I order a sample before placing a wholesale apparel order?
Yes, if you want to sample from our existing styles by the available sizes and colours, for which the sample fee is the same as the wholesale price. When you place the wholesale order, we will refund you the sample fee or deduct the cost from the wholesale order.
If you want to customise the sample for a new design, the sample fee is 50~150USD, the seamless sample fee is higher than the seamed sample. When you place orders totalling 1,000 pcs per style, we will refund you the sample fee or deduct the cost from the wholesale order.
What is the response time for quotes or inquiries?
We reply to our clients in just 1 hour during working hours. If you are very urgent, you can call us directly.
How long does it take to receive my wholesale apparel order?
Sample processing takes about 7 days. Wholesale orders are usually completed in 25 days or less. We provide efficient service and real-time updates on your order status.
Wholesale apparel order cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of payment. After that, if production has started, the deposit cannot be returned.
Are you able to process urgent orders for wholesale clothing?
Indeed, we do provide the option for rush orders. When placing your production order, simply indicate the need for expedited processing. It is essential to specify this requirement during the ordering process, as requesting a rush after the order has been submitted may be subject to the constraints of our current production schedule. Please be aware that a rush fee, calculated on a per-day basis, will apply to accelerate the handling of your order.
Will you be sharing our product designs with any third parties?
No, we prioritize the confidentiality of our clients’ product designs. At Cut and Sew Apparel, we have strict measures in place to ensure the security of your intellectual property. We do not share, disclose, or reveal any details of your unique product designs to third parties. Your trust in our commitment to confidentiality is of utmost importance, and we take all necessary steps to safeguard your proprietary information.

Custom New design:
1) Seam products: MOQ200~500pcs, one design can mix colours and sizes;
